What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I have nearly four years of Personal Injury intake experience, handling high-volume client consultations, qualifying leads, and signing cases for U.S. law firms. I also have experience as a trainer and shift leader, supporting new hires and ensuring strong team performance. Additionally, I’m bilingual in English and Spanish with a C2 proficiency level.

I bring strong bilingual communication, client-centered service, and leadership experience. I excel at intake and sales processes, training new team members, managing high-volume calls, and ensuring accurate case handling. I’m tech-savvy, highly organized, and take initiative to solve problems efficiently.

Corn Island, Nicaragua
What kind of pets do you have, if any? What are their names?
Two female dogs, one is Ysis and he other is Snow, and a stray cat that we never named him cuz he comes and goes
If you could give a younger person career advice, what would it be?Focus on building strong communication and interpersonal skills, stay curious, and always be willing to learn. Take initiative, embrace challenges, and develop a reputation for reliability and professionalism. I’d also recommend learning languages like English and Chinese, as they open up more global opportunities.
