That role sharpened my ability to connect with clients, lead under pressure, and deliver solutions quickly and professionally. It also gave me a strong foundation in multitasking, problem-solving, and customer communication; skills I'm excited to carry forward at DDT.
Outside of work: Spending time with my kids and grandsons.
