Rolling Meadows Courthouse

No two courthouses are exactly alike and it can be advantageous to your case to hire a lawyer that is familiar with the Rolling Meadows courthouse and its rules, procedures and staff.

Driver Defense Team is in the Rolling Meadows courthouse year-round defending hundreds of tickets and cases for their clients. Contact Driver Defense Team for a free, no-hassle consultation to discuss your traffic case.

Types of Cases in Rolling Meadows Courthouse

The Rolling Meadows traffic court hears petty and misdemeanor traffic offenses, and may also hear more serious traffic offenses, such as: felony DUI and felony suspended license. There are also a variety of other civil and criminal cases heard in Rolling Meadows, so not everyone at the courthouse will be attending for moving violations.

Minor traffic cases are heard daily at 9:00 am, 10:30 am or 1:30 pm. Make sure to check your citation for the specific time and date.

Getting Around Rolling Meadows Courthouse

The Rolling Meadows Courthouse is located at 2121 Euclid Avenue, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. It is just east of Route 53 on the south side of Euclid Avenue. In fact, it is directly across the street from the entrance to the Arlington International Racecourse.

Free parking is available directly across the main entrance of the courthouse in a multiple-story parking garage. It is located directly across from the main entrance of the building in a multiple story parking garage. There is usually enough parking for everyone but on some days it may be difficult to find a parking spot. A pro tip is to head into the parking garage and drive down to the lower level (most people seem to go up). There is usually ample parking down there.

You can take the stairs or elevators to exit the parking garage. From there you’ll head straight across the street and up the long corridor to the main entrance of the courthouse.

You must pass metal detectors and security to enter. As of the date of this writing, you are permitted to bring cell phones into the courthouse.

Once you’ve passed security, you will want to find your courtroom. The 100 level rooms are on the main floor. You can take the escalator up to the 200 level courtrooms on the second floor. The Office of the Clerk of the Rolling Meadows Circuit Court is on the main floor just to the right when you enter the building. You can also contact the Rolling Meadows Clerk at (847) 818-3000.
