Location of the Markham Courthouse
The Markham Courthouse is located at 16501 South Kedzie Parkway, Markham, Illinois 60428. It is just west of the 294 Tri-State Tollway and just north of the I-80 Expressway.
Getting Around the Markham Courthouse
There is free parking at the Markham Courthouse located just south of the building. You’ll enter the courthouse from the main entrance directly across from the parking lot. You must pass metal detectors and security to enter. As of the date of this writing, you are permitted to bring cell phones into the courthouse.
Once you’ve passed security, you will want to find your courtroom. The 100 level rooms are on the first floor and 200 level rooms are on the second floor. Room 098 is located down the stairs in the basement. Most traffic cases are held in either 098 or upstairs on the 200 level. The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court is located on the first floor just to the right of the main entrance. You can also contact the Markham Clerk at (708) 232-4551.
