What do you do at DDT?
Assist with the management of client case files. Communicate with clients and let them know about new/ upcoming court dates. Request and follow up on documents needed for client case files and their court appearances. Communicate with and schedule client meetings for the Attorneys. Process payments for clients. Respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls. Answer questions that clients may have about their case(s).
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
In my previous role as an Office Manager I worked on various projects simultaneously, multiple online platforms, managed teams, and communicated with clients daily. I was able to work under intense pressure environments and keep a well-maintained work schedule. I have qualifications in Business and Project Management.
