Klaudia Jasinski is a dedicated attorney with over a decade of experience in traffic and criminal defense law, including administrative Secretary of State hearings. Klaudia excels in navigating the complexities of legal challenges and is known for her unwavering commitment, advocacy, and support.
Originally from Poland, Klaudia moved to the United States as a child and grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago. She attended Loyola Academy in Wilmette and earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University, graduating summa cum laude.
During her undergraduate studies, Klaudia interned at the Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament) in Dublin, Ireland, where she focused on immigration and human rights legislation. She further expanded her international perspective during her time at John Marshall Law School in Chicago (now the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) by participating in a human rights delegation to Vietnam.
Before joining Driver Defense Team, she served as a 711 Law Clerk at the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office. Here, she played a crucial role in contentious custody disputes and cases involving neglected and abused children. In private practice, Klaudia litigated and negotiated a wide range of cases, from speeding tickets and DUIs to aggravated unlawful use of weapons (UUWs) and sex crimes.
Outside the courtroom, Klaudia contributes to her community as a board member of the Legion of Young Polish Women and shares her cultural heritage through teaching Polish folk dancing.
